EQ 10--What are we using the Flash program to create? Tell me at least 5 terms and explain them that you learned as we did practice with Flash.

We are using flash to create a short movie. The stage is the blank white that you begin to create your movie on. The clip board is the gray area around the stage, which is used for storage. The layers are what allows you to make different objects have different effects such as one shape on a layer being a shape tween and a shape in another layer would be a motion tween. The keyframe tool is very useful and allows you to start something as one object and at the end of the frame it could change into another object. The motion tween tool allows you to make an object move in a path on the stage. 

EQ 9--How did your company presentation go? What was the best part? What was the weakest part? What is the main thing you learned during this presentation?

Our opening for the presentation was not the best, I was a little nervous and couldn't remember exactly what I was suppose to say. After we got into the part of explaining our logo and promotional pieces we did better because we had previously rehearsed that part. I think that our best part was when we explained how we made our promotional pieces. I believe that the questions were our weakest part. I learned that I need to practice and rehearse the lines that I am going to say more before I try and present.

EQ 8--Reflect on the progress of your company project--3-4 sentences.

We have made a lot of progress since we began working. We started with just our ideas and creativity and used them to form a logo. From there we progressed over the next ten weeks by making many different promotion pieces for the company. Finally we began to think about our main product and listed the ingredients and cost for it. This project has given me experience in many different programs and helped me understand and be more patient with computers.

EQ 3--Explain at least two difference between Photoshop and Illustrator. Which one do you like better and why?

Illustrator is used mainly for creating images where as Photoshop is more for editing already made images. Illustrator is a vector based program Photoshop uses layers to generate images. So far I like using Photoshop better because I have had to do more projects using it where as I have not had much experience using Illustrator. 

EQ 2--What has been your favorite project so far and why? Upload the project and explain why it has been your favorite.

My favorite project so far has been the one where we created and edited our name. I liked it because I learned more about photoshop and used many different tools to create it. In the the project I typed me name and then used a variety of different effects such as bevel and emboss, and texture, to change it and make it unique.

EQ 1--What do you need to do to start a business? Try to list and explain at least 5 things that you would need to consider.

To start a business you would need many things. You would need enough money to properly run the business, the correct equipment for the job to be done efficiently, a decent building for the business to be housed in, trained workers to get the work done correctly and a reliable manager that can be trusted to see that the finances are done correctly, the workers paid and everything is kept in good, working condition.
